All Velvet/Chenille fabric are shipped at the customer's own risk and Fabric Flare can not be held accountable for damage caused by shipping.

INSURANCE
1. Carrier's Terms & Conditions limit their liability. Additional Transit Insurance will only be arranged at the customer's request.
2. Transit Insurance only covers goods which are lost or damaged, and not if delivered late.
3. Fabric Flare will not be responsible for any direct/indirect losses occasioned by a carrier over which the company has no control.
